This time it is a 1925 Colonial mansion near Los Angeles found in the hit 1991 comedy film “Father for the Bride” which starred Steve Martin, Diane Keaton and Martin brief. Your house, that has been available on the market for per week and already possesses pending offer, had offered in July 2011 for $1.275 million, the actual property listing site stated.
The home, at 500 North Almansor St., in Alhambra, Calif., simply northeast of downtown Los Angeles, sits for a small under a half-acre. It offers a recently-remodeled gourmet kitchen area with Thermador appliances and a 90-bottle wine bottle chiller, a walnut-paneled research and a water fountain created by famous crafts and arts motion musician and tile manufacturer Ernest Batchelder, whom also built their famed home in Pasadena.
